The data you provide when applying: name, email, phone, city, LinkedIn profile, message and your CV with whatever information you choose to include. We do not request sensitive data; please do not include in your CV information such as health status, political or religious affiliation, sexual orientation or data about minors.
Assessing your profile for the position you apply for and for future A4S positions; contacting you during the recruitment process; verifying the information and references you provide; and keeping your application for future processes, if you authorize it.
Your CV and data are stored on Google cloud services (Google Drive and Google Sheets), whose servers may be located outside Colombia, with access restricted to A4S's recruitment team. We will keep your information during the recruitment process and for up to twelve (12) months afterwards for future positions, unless you request its deletion earlier.
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you may access, update and correct your data; request proof of your authorization; be informed of how we use it; revoke your authorization or request deletion of your data; and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. To exercise these rights, email us at the address above. We will answer inquiries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, as required by law.
